60 mlFresh grapefruit juice
10 mlCinnamon syrup
20 mlEgg white
5 dropsPeychaud’s bitters

Shake vigorously with ice for 30 seconds until the mix is frothy and foamy.

Double strain into wide glass.

5-6 dots Peychaud’s bitters on top.

Garnish with thyme or mint.
