how it’s made

Cadello is brought to life by a 150 year old
family-owned distillery in the Valley
of the Lakes in northern Italy.

artisanship

Our master distillers in Italy infuse, distill and blend a unique combination of 8 ingredients from Italy and from places along the old Silk Route.

craftmanship

Each of the ingredients is infused for different periods.

The infusions are then separately distilled.

cadello

Finally, the distillates are carefully blended and aged in French oak barrels until the perfect depth, complexity and smoothness is achieved.

2 Goccedi Peychaud's bitters
2 Goccedi Angostura bitters
1Zolletta di zucchero
  • Mescolare zucchero e bitters con ghiaccio.
  • Una volta sciolto lo zucchero, aggiungere il Bourbon o il Rye. Miscelare.
  • In un secondo bicchiere, bagnarlo con Cadello e lasciarne il residuo nel bicchiere.
  • Filtrare il tutto all’interno del bicchiere senza ghiaccio.
  • Guarnire con scorza d'arancia.

  • Miscelare con ghiaccio per 60 secondi.
  • Filtrare in un bicchiere da martini senza ghiaccio.

  • Mischiare la menta e il basilico con i fiori di sambuco.

  • Guarnire con menta (o basilico) e fettina di cetriolo.

  • Shakerare i primi 3 ingredienti con ghiaccio per 30 secondi.
  • Filtrare in un tumbler alto.
  • Completare con Kombucha.

1/2 Cucchiaiodi cacao in polvere
1/2 Cucchiaiodi zucchero biologico
  • Scaldare il latte, lo zucchero e il cacao. Mescolare fino a quando non si addensa.
  • Versare il Baileys e Cadello in una tazza e poi aggiungere la crema di latte, zucchero e cacao. Mescolare bene.
  • Guarnire con cannella e cacao in polvere.

60 mlSucco di melograno*
3-4Fette di lime
2 Goccedi sciroppo di sambuco
30 mlSciroppo di menta, zenzero, miele

*(o succo di mirtillo).

  • Pestare delicatamente il lime nello shaker. Aggiungere tutti gli altri ingredienti e shakerare per 20 secondi.
  • Filtrare due volte in un bicchiere ghiacciato.
  • Guarnire con scorza di lime e rametto di menta.

  • 5-6 gocce di Peychaud's bitters in cima.
  • Guarnire con timo o menta.

  • Unire la menta nello shaker con Cadello e Patron XO Café.
  • Aggiungere le nocciole e il ghiaccio. Shakerare vigorosamente per 50-60 secondi.
  • Filtrare due volte. Guarnire con menta fresca e baccello di vaniglia.

  • Mix sugar and bitters with ice.
  • Once sugar is dissolved, add bourbon or rye. Stir.
  • In a second glass, rinse the glass with Cadello.
  • Leave remaining Cadello in the glass.
  • Strain bourbon mix over the Cadello.
  • Garnish with orange zest.

  • Stir over ice for 60 seconds.
  • Strain into martini glass with no ice.
  • Garnish with a cherry, orange zest or walnut, as you prefer.

  • Add Cadello. Stir over ice.

Kombucha

  • Shake first 3 ingredients over ice for 30 seconds.
  • Strain into a tall glass.
  • Top up with Kombucha.

  • Stir Cadello and vodka over ice for 60 seconds.
  • Add 2 drops of olive juice (or olive bitters).
  • Strain into a martini glass.
  • Garnish with an olive.

1/2 tbspOrganic sugar
  • Heat milk, sugar and cocoa. Stir until thick.
  • Pour Baileys and Cadello into a cup and then pour milk mix on top. Stir well.
  • Garnish with cinnamon and cocoa powder.

2 dashesElderberry syrup
30 mlMint, ginger, honey syrup

*(or cranberry juice).

  • Muddle lime gently in shaker. Add all other ingredients and shake for 20 seconds.
  • Double strain into chilled glass.
  • Garnish with lime peel and mint sprig.

  • Stir.

5-7Hazelnuts
  • Muddle the mint in shaker with Cadello and Patron XO Café.
  • Add hazelnuts and ice. Shake vigorously for 50-60 seconds.
  • Double strain. Garnish with fresh mint and vanilla pod.

  • Strain into a martini glass.
  • Garnish with 3 coffee beans on top of the foam.

10 mlCinnamon syrup
20 mlEgg white
5 dropsPeychaud's bitters
  • Shake vigorously with ice for 30 seconds until the mix is frothy and foamy.
  • Double strain into wide glass.
  • 5-6 dots Peychaud's bitters on top.
  • Garnish with thyme or mint.
